This assists in their hunting due to the fact that most rodents generate sounds in that range. Although not as powerful as dogs, cats also possess a really keen sense of smell. The most effective part they own are their whiskers. They notice the attendance of an object by a slight feel of the whisker or even with the varieties in the air stream in the atmosphere. The full body of the cat has these whiskers even though several of them are located close to their mouths. All these together forms the cat a frightening killer. They are successful hunters that are known to be able to slay about a thousand species of living beings for their food.
