To improve our health, one of the best things we can do is to get more exercise and to lose weight. At first, developing an exercise routine can seem daunting and it does require a lot of dedication. Friends can help to motivate you. Sadly, temptation will also be a problem for your friend. Perhaps the temptation of a lie in will be too much for them to resist and your exercise routine might slip down the priorities list. The solution is to find a partner who always feels like exercise.I’m talking about a dog.

Why not combine your own health with pet health?If you already have a dog, you should be walking him every day already. But you can always do more. Dog owners testify that it’s easy to do a short walk morning and night. In our country we’re lucky enough never to be far from a park or some countryside.There are many wonderful places to walk your dog. The countryside is more inspiring than the number 30 bus route.

Long country walks will do you and your canine friend good.Exercise lifts the mood, for people and animals. It’ll also help you in your quest to lose those last few pounds. You could also take advantage of the time walking to enjoy your dog’s company, or your fmaily’s if they come with you, or even get some peace. And it won’t cost you a penny.

Pet health and your health are vitally important.As is the relationship you and your dog share. I can’t think of a better way to take care of each other than to exercise together.
